What is new in EntranceIQ, and what is coming next?

EntranceIQ ships new capabilities across all three apps on a regular basis: EIQ-Connect for residents, EIQ-Secure for officers, and EIQ-Manage for property managers. Here is a plain look at what is live today and what our team is building right now. When you upgrade, you are not buying a fixed product. You are joining one that gets better every month.

Available now

For residents (EIQ-Connect)

Guest approval alerts now show the license plate of the arriving vehicle when it is available, and they use a distinct sound so an approval request is hard to miss. Residents also get an in-app notice when a new version of the app is ready, instead of waiting on the app store.

For security officers (EIQ-Secure)

Officers can search large traffic histories in seconds and filter by details like a license plate. Community-wide alerts and resident-specific alerts now display separately, so the screen stays readable during a busy shift. The dashboard keeps the most recent 90 days of activity for speed and moves older records into a searchable archive. Officers can open gates and individual hardware relays from EIQ-Secure, and EIQ-PlateScan can flag a vehicle at the gate when it passes a threshold the community sets for speeding or repeat violations.

For property managers (EIQ-Manage)

Managers get the same separated alerts, one-click traffic exports delivered by email, vacation status reporting, and the same fast, filterable traffic search their officers use.

New modules

EIQ-SmartPlateID turns a registered plate into a hands-free credential read by LPR cameras at the gate. EIQ-IntelliTicket 2.0 connects to TrafficLogix speed enforcement, so a community can record violations, issue citations, and track payment in one place. EIQ-Paygate is a point-of-sale built for the gatehouse that collects visitor fees, deposits, and citation payments through Stripe-connected terminals.

Resident experience

A refreshed EIQ-Connect interface with better contrast and readability. Face ID login on supported devices. A quick bot protection step at sign-in to guard against automated login attempts, and a heads-up notification before a guest QR pass expires.

Officer and manager tools

Faster resident search during peak traffic, keyboard shortcuts for officers who work at speed, default admission types for routine resident entries, and live reader activity plus access control panel status inside EIQ-Manage.

New modules on the way

EIQ-Advice reviews guest approval activity with AI and raises a warning when a name, vehicle, or company matches a community watchlist. EIQ-Clarity adds guard scheduling and workforce oversight. EIQ-Profile shows resident photos inside the officer and manager views, and an ID123 integration will support mobile credentials for supported doors and gates.
